With the main purpose of facilitating the management with accuracy of data during grape reception and creating a more reliable relationship between industry and wine grower, Enobrasil presents Mosto Scan.
The equipment aims to automatically obtain continuous measurement data for three aspects of the must, glucometric grading, temperature and pH of the grape. The custom software for tabulation of information aims to provide a permanent and easy to understand measurement. The whole system was developed by Enobrasil itself, being the first of its kind made in Brazil.
