Reducing the amount of foreign matter in the grapes during product sorting
For high-quality wine production, the primary focus is on minimizing the amount of foreign matter present during the winemaking process. For this reason, Enoveneta has developed a destemmed grape sorting system that allows for clean grapes to be sent to subsequent processing, free of green matter that would compromise the quality of the final product. Grapesort is a horizontal roller table constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with adjustable food-grade rubber rollers. It can be used either individually or in combination with a "TOP" series destemmer.
