The decanter Eno Vitis was developed specifically for separating solids in grape juice process of its high separation efficiency ensures that the clarified liquid (juice ) stay with the same 1 % solids residues and the amount of foam generated at the output is very small compared with similar equipment on the market , the new separation system developed in this decanter ensures that ? pie? obtained in the discharge of solids have a relatively low moisture content , therefore, the loss of juice from the solid phase is minimized.
