Application: Large and Small Poly-laminated PVC and PET Capsules

Processing: Folding and Smoothing of capsules in two phases, shrinking of PVC capsules, rolling of poly-laminated and tin capsules.

Fenix is the ideal solution for those seeking medium/low production and maximum reliability in the distribution and rolling of capsules on wine, sparkling wine, and liquor bottles, while maintaining compact dimensions and simplified management.

Thanks to its integrated structure, the Fenix capsule applicator combines in a single machine the capsule storage, distribution system, and turret with interchangeable heads, reducing the space occupied in line and simplifying both installation and maintenance operations.

The distribution system features an elliptical-rotary movement.

The system, composed of a centering star for the bottle neck during ejection, ensures flawless capsule application. Additionally, the turret can be equipped with thermal heads, rolling heads, and sparkling wine heads. With the latter, it is possible to fix and orient both short and long sparkling wine capsules.
