Automatic stainless steel frame with stainless steel ROOF made or with integrated stainless steel frame of integrated automatic cleaning type ROOF composed by:

[1] 20 Two-phase sulfur fan Øp mm 1080 (eg water + gas) in stainless steel for bottles with a maximum diameter of 115 mm. A tweezers device carries the bottle by the neck and - through a toothed wheel system pushed by a camera - turns it upside down. The nozzle enters the neck of the bottle for 75 mm. Injection occurs only in the presence of a bottle. There is no contact between the neck of the bottle and the parts of the injector. The two injection system is completely separate. The calibration and the duration of the injections can be adjusted through an external camera system. Dripping water is recovered in closed circuit without wetting the machine. The tweezers then return to the normal position and open by letting the star out put the bottle on the conveyor belt.

Each valve is equipped with:

• Inductive sensor for bottle presence and start of cycle.

• Pressure transducer to signal vacuum and bottle pressure (valve does not reach if bottle does not reach tank pressure)

• Electro-pneumatic pressure compensation valve With tank gas

• Electro-pneumatic valve of automatic leveling circuit

• Electro-pneumatic valve for gasification circuit

• Double-acting electro-pneumatic circuit for opening / closing gas return circuit

• Double-acting electro-pneumatic circuit for opening / closing liquid circuit.

• The level of filling can be adjusted from the control panel with a setting range between 25 and 100 mm from the top of the mouth without manual intervention. Each valve has a soft bottle for cleaning

• Sterilization of the machine. The placement of the flasks is automatic with the cycle manipulated from the control panel.

• The valve can operate both with gassed liquids with a pressure up to 8 bar and with liquids still under pressure up to 0 bar. The level of filling is accurate, even without using the automatic leveling circuit.

• Full closing of the filling valve helps to degass even with difficult products and allows the bottling of sparkling wines at room temperature.

• The filling valve is protected by patent No. TO2012A000869.

• All the circuits are channeled (even the gasification).

• The filling has a CIP sterilizer circuit.

• The filler has an analog level sensor suitable for administering the inverter of the feed pump (the pump is not included in the Price List).

• Liquid ring pump with recirculating tank with thermocouple, level sensor and solenoid valve to control the temperature and water level in the tank.

• Tank gas pressure and bottle leveling manipulated by the PLC.

• Centering filling nozzles with movement and chamber for the center of the bottle. Neck on the star of entry.

• The filling has auto-wash nozzles in case of bottle breaks.

• Mechanical bottle lifting parts with camera return and automatic lubrication.
